Refund policy

Services: In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), clients may cancel credit services within three (3) business days of signing the agreement for a full refund, provided services have not yet begun. After the three-day cancellation period has expired and services have started, all service fees are non-refundable.

Monthly Programs Monthly programs require a minimum commitment term (3, 6, or 12 months).

Payments made after services begin are non-refundable, regardless of usage or results.

Digital Products: All digital products, including e-books, guides, templates, courses, downloads, and educational materials, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once access or delivery has been provided. No Guarantees Results vary based on individual circumstances. Refunds are not issued based on credit score changes, deletions, or outcomes.
